Norilsk Nickel to close outdated facilities of plant in Norilsk before 2016

The leading producer of platinum and palladium,the mining and metallurgical company Norilsk Nickel has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which provides for the accelerated closing of the outdated production facilities of the nickel plant in Norilsk before the end of 2016.
