Norilsk Nickel receives mining license for the Maslovskoye deposit

GMK “Norilsk Nickel” has obtained the right for the use of the subsurface resources of federal significance, including Maslovskoye deposit (Taimyr, Krasnoyarsk region), for prospecting and production of sulphide copper-nickel ore, Prime Minister of Russia D.Medvedev signed an order the day before.
Under the Subsoil Law the company is to pay out one-time payment in the amount of 306.62 million roubles to obtain the license. It is stated on the web site of the RF Government.
