Group of companies Mangazeya will create a structure to control over gold mining assets - company Mangazeya Gold, general director of which will be the main owner of the group Sergey Yanchukov.
Mangazeya Mining will give all management functions of the group’s assets in the Trans-Baikal and the Magadan region to the new company:
