Ruspetro reduced oil production in Russia by almost one third in 2013

The British Ruspetro, producing oil in Russia, reduced the oil production by 6% to 4 thousand barrels a day in Q4 against Q3, Interfax reports citing the information of the company.

Taking into consideration the data of the company about the oil production, the average oil production made up about 4.6 thousand barrels a day in 2013 (-30% against 2012).

It was stated earlier that in 2013 the British oil company was about to increase an average daily production up to 13 thousand barrels a day. But it became known later that the plan would not be fulfilled. In early 2013 it terminated the drilling operation and commenced to develop a new development programme of deposits. They maps out to resume the drilling operation in 2014.
