VTB and Mechel conclude amicable agreement on claim for 2.7 billion rubles

Mechel and VTB have concluded a settlement agreement on the bank's lawsuit to recover about 2.7 billion rubles from the company, but the agreement stipulates a suspensive condition, a representative of Mechel reported at the meeting of the Moscow Arbitration Court. The Court appointed the following hearing on November 18.
