Severstal increases sales of large diameter pipes by 2%

In the first six months of 2013, the Izhora pipe plant (ITZ), specialized in production of large diameter pipes from strip material. Made at the Cherepovets metallurgic plant (both enterprises are in the division of Severstal Russian Steel), supplied more than 165 thousand tons of pipes for the largest Russian and foreign oil and gas projects. Thus, in the first six months of 2013, the enterprise increased the sales of large diameter pipes by 2% as compared with the same period of the last year.
