Industrial agreement on mining and smelting sector of the Sverdlovsk region signed

An industrial agreement among the Sverdlovsk regional organization of the Russian mining and smelting trade union, Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Sverdlovsk region and Ministry of Industry and Science of the Sverdlovsk region for 2013 has been signed.
This agreement regulates social and labor relations and connected with them economic relations of employees and employers, determines rates of pay and other working conditions, including social protection and benefits for employees, as well as fixes obligations of body of state authority that is a party of the agreement. The aim of the agreement is provision of social stability in the territory of the Sverdlovsk region.
