By results of 2013, Polyus Zoloto (a part of Polyus Gold) made the loss under IAS in the amount of 807 million rubles (the profit by results of the previous year was 27.733 billion rubles), the company reports.
In 2013, the company decreased its proceeds under IAS by 11% to 74.126 billion rubles, including the proceeds from sale of gold by 11.6% to 71.932 billion rubles. The total profit fell by 30.2% to 29.744 billion rubles; the profit from operating activities – 4.05 times to 8.273 billion rubles, the pretax profit - 15.3 times to 2.3 billion rubles.
