Ukrainian metallurgical companies increased iron ore raw materials production

​The average daily production of crude iron ore raw materials in Feb 2016 made up 219.7 thousand tons, by 5.8 thousand tons more than in January.

The average daily production of non-crude raw materials at the mining enterprises fell by 3.6 thousand tons or 5.1%.

The production of saleable iron ore raw materials by the mining enterprises of the Ukraine in Jan-Feb 2016 made up 12.35 mln tons, by 178 thousand tons more than in Jan-Feb 2015.

There was a positive dynamics of iron ore raw materials supply in the domestic market.

The volumes of February shipment of iron ore raw materials to the metallurgical plants of the Ukraine from the domestic mining companies made up 2,854 thousand tons, by 26 thousand tons less than in January due to the number of days in February.
