Oskol metallurgical plant starts upgrading the second gas cleaning unit

Oskol electrometallurgical plant of Alisher Usmanov’ Metalloinvest has started modernization of the second module in the electric-gas cleaning shop. Construction of a second gas cleaning unit is the final stage of large-scale investment project to implement a new system of exhaust gases purification at the plant, the press centre of Metalloinvest reports.
The project implementation will reduce the impact on the environment, as well as will create conditions for increasing the volume of steel production at the plant.
