Railway shipment of Volga Pipe Plant is significantly lower than in 2015

In October 2016, according to the railway statistics, the Volga Pipe Plant (in the structure of TMK) shipped 61 thousand tons of steel pipes. This is by 0.5% lower than in September 2016.
