The Ministry of Energy does not expect coal production increase in Russia in 2014, first deputy Minister of Energy A.Texler said on the sidelines of ENES-2014 forum. Vesti Economiki writes.
“There is no growth this year. There even might be a slight drop against last year,” Texler noted. Russia suggested to China that it abolish the duty on Russian coal imports. But Texler can not answer if there is any decision on this question so far.
“The export to the Asian-Pacific Ocean countries is up. So, we will support transparent terms for Russian producers in this part,” deputy Minister said.
