Russian mining and smelting company might change the owner

Cyprian Grandstream Limited was approved by the Federal Antimonopoly Service to purchase 100% of the “Russian Mining and Smelting Company” (RGMK) and 75% share in “RGMK-South”. RGMK and its subsidiary “RGMK-Central Region” state that they are in the Industrial Union of Donbass and are “exclusive sales representatives” of its metallurgical works in the Russian Federation. According to the SPARK database, 100% of RGMK is owned by the Ukrainian Mining and Metallurgical Company (Kiev), “Kommersant” states.
