OMK has purchased 99.34% in Blagovetschensk hardware plant located in Bashkortostan. It’s one of the Russian oldest enterprises producing pipeline hardware. The purchase will give OMK an opportunity to enter a new market segment, enlarge production assortment and introduce complex supplies for oil and gas companies. Thus, it will strengthen market positions of OMK.
