OMK has started realization of ambitious project

The company has started realization of the plan for construction at Chusovy the complex for production of seamless pipes, spring plates and intermediates for railway wheels. Now they dismantle at the state the outdated production capacities. OMK will build at the base of this production infrastructure the electric steel smelting shop that will not only provide with steel new pipe and upgraded spring plant at Chusovy but will also make majority investment to OMK’s business. Now VMZ still produces steel for its European largest production of solid-rolled wheels in the martin shop.
