Steel pipe output is up by 1/3

According to the report of Rosstat, steel production at the Russian steel companies increased 0.9% in October 2014 year-on-year and 2.9% against September 2014. Roll stock production is up 2.1% against September, but down 1% against October last year.
Russian pipe manufacturers improved results in October 2014 by 31.2% year-on-year and by 2.5% against last month.
