BoAZ is about to produce the first aluminium before the end of the year

The first start-up complex of the Boguchansk aluminium plant (UC “RusAl) will be put in operation in one of these days and produce the first batch of metal before the end of 2014. Siberian news agency reports.
“The plant is in active preparation stage. The facilities for additional purposes are ready to use, final pre-commissioning operation is carried out at the foundry and electrolysis workshops.
