VTB and Mechel state in court that they negotiate on the Bank’s lawsuit

Representatives of VTB bank and the metallurgical company Mechel have stated in the Arbitration Court of Moscow that they negotiate on the settlement of the dispute on the Bank’s lawsuit against the company for the recovery of 2.7 billion rubles out of court, and asked to postpone the hearing on its merits.
"We didn’t have time to finish the negotiations on this and a number of other disputes," - said the representative of Mechel. The complainant supported the request for postponement.
