Oil and Gas Refining Russia Processing ESPO Russia Oil and Gas Oil Pipelines Production and Refining Transneft
Transneft will begin supplying oil to the Khabarovsk refinery, which is a part of the Independent Oil and Gas Company of Eduard Khudainatov, via bend from the Eastern Siberia - Pacific Ocean oil pipeline (ESPO) from September 1. This was reported by the Interfax, which referred to the administration of the refinery.
