The Ukraine prepares to be at law with four international companies

The Cabinet has authorized the Ministry of Justice to purchase legal services to protect the rights and interests of the Ukraine in the cases on law suits of companies Black Iron Inc, JKX Oil & Gas Pls, SI Group Consort Ltd and CPI Investment Fund Ltd.
According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers №483-p dated May 18, the services will be procured using the negotiating procedure.
On the whole, 17 lawsuits are listed in the decree, in 14 of which the Ukraine is a defendant.
Similar orders of selection of legal companies the Cabinet announced before, but claims of Black Iron Inc, JKX Oil & Gas Pls and SI Group Consort LTD didn’t appear in them.
