D.Firtash definitely lost Irshansky GOK

The Superior Economic Court refused OJSC “Ukrainian Chemical Products” in signing of a rental agreement of an integral property complex “Irshansk state mining-and-smelting combine”. The court adopted an appropriate regulation on April 12, 2015.

The Court found that in September 2004 the State Property Fund of the Ukraine concluded a rental agreement with CJSC “Crimean titanium” for a period of 5 years without a purchase option. In January 2012, the parties extended the contract until September 2014
