SUEK plans to extract 36.7 mln tons of coal in Kuzbass in 2015

​The Government of the Kemerovo region and SUEK have signed an agreement, the press service of the regional administration reports.

Planning to extract 36.7 mln tons of coal in 2015, the company will increase the volume by 3.6 mln tons of coal against 2014.

The company plans to invest 17.5 bln roubles in the development of enterprises, including the investment into the coal sector of about 14 bln roubles.

In 2015 the company plans to found 500 new work places due to the modernization and reconstruction of mines and put into operation a new processing unit at the “Taldinskoe- Zapadoe” mine management (Prokopievsky region).
