Natural Resources Code to be taken in Kazakhstan in 2016

The concept of the Code of the republic of Kazakhstan concerning Subsurface Resources is planned to be confirmed in mid 2015, the Minister for Investments and Development of the republic of Kazakhstan A.Isekeshev stated at the VI mining forum “Promotion of investments and innovations in the mining sector” on March 18th.
According to the Minister,an acceptance of the Subsoil Code is in plans in 2016. He stated that the legislative framework of the document will comply with the standards of the countries of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
