Evraz awaits closure of the transaction on the sale of Vitkovice Steel within one month

Evraz Plc is going to close the transaction on the sale of the Czech plant of Vitkovice Steel within one month, before announcement of the annual accounting, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Evraz A. Abramov says. Evraz also has at least three potential buyers for 85% in its South African asset, Highveld Steel and Vanadium Ltd.
