ROSNANO agreed about buying out of 6% in TMK within additional issue

ROSNANO agreed about entrance to the shareholder capital of TMK via buying out of 6% in the company within the additional issue, the chief of ROSNANO A. Chubais says. The principle decisions were made at the session of the Boards of Directors of ROSNANO and TMK. They are closure of the agreement and execution of the transaction. It won’t be just entrance to the shareholder capital of TMK but participation in realization of the technological project it performs.
