The prohibition on use of restored pipes in the RF can come upon the consumers, the analysts of RBC say.
The analyst of Investcafe ,Andrei Shenk says, on one side, the prohibition on use of restored pipes can artificially stimulate the demand for new pipes, thus, increase the demand for steel and rolled metal which will positively influence the inner prices. On the other side, these costs will come upon the consumers, i.e. oil and gas companies and building enterprises the expenditures of which will grow , thus the total economic effect won’t be very significant.
