Ukrainian court: Setting quotas for coking coal import is illegal

The county administrative court of Kiev stated, the decision of Ukrainian Cabinet Council about limitation of coal and coke import was illegal.
As reported by Industrial Union of Donbass corporation (ISD), the decision was made on June 10, 2013. Alchevsk metallurgical complex and Alchevsk coke and chemical plant were the plaintiffs.
