Severstal comments about the growth of domestic prices

The magazine “Metallosnazheniye i sbyt” received a comment from “Severstal”, regarding an increase of domestic prices. “Prices on steel products have gone down since February 2015 and recently they have started to grow amidst strengthening of world prices. Steel production prime cost in Russia increased over this period.
