Norilsk Nickel works over the reduction of prime costs because of low metal prices, producedmanufactured by the company, CEO V.Potanin said.
According to him, an average nickel price makes up $18.8 thousand per 1 ton in the budget of Norilsk Nickel for 2013. The prices are much lower today.
