"Rusal" was interested in the development of the internal market of aluminium and among measures of increasing demand for the metal offered to organize production of wheels, radiators and aluminium windows as part of import substitution, CEO Vladislav Soloviev told reporters on the sidelines of the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum.
