Railroad to be constructed for export of coal from Elegest deposit

Russian Railroads Plc. and Tuva power industrial corporation LLC (TEPK) signed an agreement of cooperation. The document was signed by the President of Russian Railways Vladimir Yakunin and the General Director of TEPK Ruslan Baisarov.
The agreement presupposes organization of export of guaranteed volumes of cargo from Elegest coal deposit as well as development of the railroad infrastructure.
