In autumn, Polyus will revalue Natalka’s reserves
In autumn, Polyus Gold Int will revalue the Natalka deposit’s reserves in the Magadan region that can considerably change its resources and reserves of the project. They refuse to comment how much the deposit’s reserves can change. Now they are over 31.6 million ounces of gold (983 tons) and the resources 59.7 million ounces of gold (1,860 tons). Geological data compiled while mining at the deposit since 2013 have led to a considerable growth in quality control, sample collection and explosive works efficiency. Besides from that, these measures enabled it to start revaluing of the reserves. The company has attracted an independent consultant for the reserves revaluation.
