Norilsk Nickel continues to talk with Central Bank on purchase of palladium

Norilsk Nickel and the Central Bank of Russia continued to negotiate on purchase of palladium from the state fund, there are no final agreements for a while, deputy director of Norilsk Nickel Andrei Bugrov reports.

"We have created a group of people, who are engaged in legal issues, negotiate with partners ... The speed (of the transaction) depends, including, on the effectiveness and vitality of the people," - he said.
