UC Rusal to buy Bogoslovsk combined heat and power station from KES Holding company

KES Holding company and Rusal have reached an agreement on issue of sale of the Bogoslovsk combined heat and power station, which acquisition will allow Rusal to create a single industrial complex, the KES Holding company’s press centre reports.
The deal is planned to be concluded in August of 2013. The creation of the single industrial complex will allow Rusal to decrease the prime cost of the alumina production at the Bogoslovsk aluminum plant. The station will be included into the Alumina division of the company.
