In 2015, Severstal supplied over 4 million tons to Russian builders

In 2015, Severstal shipped about 4.11 million tons of steel to Russian builders, including the supplies of Severstal-Metiz. This is by 2% less than in the previous year, when the supplies to the construction industry of the Russian Federation amounted to 4.17 million tons. At the same time, according to experts of Severstal, the fall in the metal consumption on the Russian construction market made up 14% in 2015.
The deliveries volumes of long products for the Russian builders increased by 9% (to 1.6 million tons in 2015), 1the sales of rolled metal products with coatings increased by 1% (to 845 thousand tons).
