VTB and "Mechel" hold talks on debt restructuring.

On Tuesday the management of VTB and "Mechel" held talks on debt restructuring of the steel company, the bank informed "Interfax".
"We reaffirm the yesterday meeting of the heads of VTB Group and "Mechel" - the press service stated. According to the representative of VTB, "Mechel" presented constructive proposals to resolve the debt owed to the bank.
