Kazakh companies are seeking to organize supply of coal to the countries of Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia.
"It is important for Kazakhstan that from January 2015 Kazakhstani export companies have internal tariffs for rail transportation to ports. This reduced the price of our products. We even began supplying coal to Japan and Poland ... although the volumes are small. These are trial consignments," - said executive director of the Republican Association of Mining and Metallurgical Enterprises Nikolai Radostovets.
