FAS completed an investigation directed against Russian manufacturers of LDP

On March 15, 2013 FAS of Russia completed an investigation directed against Russian producers of large diameter pipes (OMK, TMK, ChTPZ, ITZ) as of signing anticompetitive agreement. Upon detailed and full consideration of the peculiarities of the Russian pipe sector functioning, FAS of Russia took a decision on a legality of actions of the pipe companies.
