Rosbank and Societe Generale group were the leading organizers of deal for pre-export financing for JSC "Polymetal". The total purchase price was $ 245 million.
The loan was granted for a period of 4 years. JSC "Polymetal" plans to use the proceeds to refinance existing debt and general corporate purposes.
The agreement also allows JSC "Polymetal" to request an increase in the total amount of credit not exceeding $ 105 million. Thus, the total amount of the deal could rise to $ 350 million.
