Mechel plans to produce 25 million tons of coal, 3.5 million tons of iron ore concentrate and 2.6 million tons of coke in 2016. The company’s head O.Korzhov said during the phone conference. According to him, Mechel maps out to produce approximately 4 million tons of steel and roll stock in the metallurgical division.
