The Prime Minister of the Ukraine, A.Yatsenyuk says he can not give the order to buy coal from the self-appointed Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics as he thinks that’s a criminal act. Besides, the Ukrainian government is about to impose sanctions against Russia. RIA Novosti writes.
