Talco to build cathode plant together with General Nice

The Tajik aluminium company Talco and Chinese General Nice Investments have signed an agreement on the construction of an enterprise for cathode blocks production.
The document has been signed within the framework of a business-forum of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, held in Dushanbe.
