Russia reduces steel production by 3% in January-August

State Statistics Service reports, in January-August 2013 steel production in the RF reduced by 2.8% - to 46.2 million tons compared to 2012.
The reduction started in the beginning of the year due to worsening of the conjuncture, experts note.
