Rosstat: Steel production is up in Jan-May, but down in May

According to the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) steel production in Russia increased by 1.5% up to 29.4 million tons in January-May 2015. However, it went down by 1.5% in May year-on-year.
Rolled iron production increased by 0.4% to 25.1 million tons in January-May, but went down by 7.7% in May.
