Coal assets of Evraz Group transferred to coal company Raspadskaya

Mines, processing plants and auxiliary enterprises of Novokuznetsk coal company Yazhkuzbassugol have been transferred under control of Raspadskaya coal company, reports the Kommersant. Now these coal assets will be managed from a single center.
