Russia. Steel and rolled stock production is down in November

Russian metallurgical enterprises smelted 63.7 million tons of steel (-1.2% y-o-y) and made 55.4 million tons of rolled metal products (-0.9% y-o-y) in January-November 2015. Federal State Statistics Service reports.
