Mechel OJSC has signed a loan agreement with its affiliate – coal company “Yuzhny Kuzbass” – for 1.49 bln roubles, the latter reports.
The agreement was signed on December 15th for a year. The deal was approved by the Board of Directors of Yuzhny Kuzbass on December 12th. No other details are released.
Mechel refused to comment.
