Evraz postpones IPO ENA.
The falling oil prices are beginning to directly influence the related industries. Evraz has decided not to hold IPO Evraz North America (ENA) by the end of the year. The company, the pipe business brings half the proceeds of which, could be underestimated under threat of lowering the investment programs of the oil producers, whereas for Evraz, most of the revenue of which is through foreign exchange contracts, obtaining additional funding is not critical.
Evraz had postponed the IPO of its North American division of Evraz North America, which was scheduled for mid-December, Bloomberg reported yesterday citing sources.
