Negotiating the price with the Donbass fails.

On the eve of winter, the Ukraine has failed to guarantee the supply of coal for energy. DPR is not satisfied with the low price of $ 50 per ton, which will allow Ukrainian TPPs operating without losses, and Kiev is ready to purchase additional hard coal in the Kuzbass region of $ 80 per ton, or in South Africa at $ 100 per ton. However, with coal from Africa the energy producers would suffer losses, and experts say that the Ukraine needs to raise electricity tariffs for the "preservation of the energy system".
