Alrosa to acquire 10% stake in Alrosa-Nyurba for 12 billion rubles

Alrosa's Supervisory Board voted in absentia on July 10 to increase the company's stake in Alrosa-Nyurba to 97.48% by acquiring a 10% stake, the company said.
